I changed the text everyday and at regular times. i created each day a new setting by following international and local socio-polical events and transforming this information into riddles made from words. the art gallery had a large window facing the street at the ground floor. the view here shows exactly the image of the installation that public would see if, passing by the gallery window, they would look into it. often texts were combined with other ones that I wrote on the window by using a black marker. Also, some texts were simply invented and, in such a way that they would take visitors to resort to a dictionary in order to unravel their meaning, only to finally find out that these texts basically did not exist. |
