this is part of an artist-in-residence that i did at vermont studio center, vt. this students band sought public space and an audience to perform their music and their usually unheard youth problems and age-related discomfort towards society. as most of the work that i produced during this residence consisted of improvised actions out in the streets, i decided to offer my studio for a special night event. and gave these students a chance to hold their show and express themselves in my studio in front of a small crowd of international artists. the singer is nowadays a well acclaimed poet and writer.
